Thank you for shopping with Wet Dog! All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners
Processing Time All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia & International: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at wetdogusa@outlook.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
